While the President Obama is to stimulate our economy, take this time to stimulate their relationship … even on a budget. Valentine's Day is a celebration of love, and may be the love of a partner, or self, or a child, or a cause. Love is love!
This year, many people are panicking about giving their girlfriends while trying to maintain a budget, or not having that special someone to celebrate the day with, or resent having another overly commercialized vacation, and more. Here are some suggestions – all for about $ 50 or less – - for the simple but real romantic gestures that are larger that expensive:
- If you are in a relationship:
• Cook dinner for her partner, wearing only an apron. You can carry through that theme, and will sup with nothing but towels. Then give your partner a full body massage hours in a candlelit room with your favorite music playing in the background. Burn some incense sensual. Having a bottle of wine or champagne with strawberries.

- "Kidnap" your partner. Make a picnic of your favorite foods simple / drinks or dinner on the beach or in the woods or on top of a mountain, or some placed away from the madding crowd. Take a book of poetry and read their favorite love sonnets your honey. Better yet, write one yourself!
- Order in your favorite to take dinner and have a love story movie marathon. ( "Love Story," "An Affair to Remember," "Casablanca," "Gone With the Wind," "Terms of Endearment" "The English Patient," "Moonstruck," "Roman Holiday," "Now, Voyager", "Ghost", "From Here to Eternity, "" Sabrina "," Funny Girls, "" The Graduate, "" Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, The Way We Were, "" Sleepless in Seattle "to name some classics).
- Visit an elderly person who is a widower and allow him / her to talk about your spouse. You can make dinner for them or take them out. - Send valentines to friends and family members, as it did when you were a child.
- Visit terminally ill children in hospital and bring cards or candy, or freshly baked cookies, or toys, or perform for them.
