Jack Case
I work for a law firm for litigation, Jack and me hours of work, reported 2-3 hours a day should I tell?
Jack and I worked together in this case, I have been coming to work and leaving at the same time, while leaving in the evening. We had lunch together, but Jack, none of us work in late week Last month I noticed that Jack has 2-3 hours a day as you in this case. Considering the ethics of the ABA Model you think I should report? What should I do about this situation? and what options does the firm have? I thought that when in this together and work together.
I suppose they are lawyers, otherwise the rules of the ABA does not control. Find the exact rule that you are relying on, read and think about it. Then follow your understanding, which does not include inflating their hours to match yours. I suppose that if Jack jumped off the roof, which does not follow. A thought, could be doing anything at home? If you is considering a case, you are billed for it, they pay us to think not just write. The oculd's been some time since I know nothing. Ask him the time for some kind of honest dialogue.
