Lithium Battery
How do I wire a lithium battery of 3V to a circuit that does not have a final positive or negative?
I have a 3V lithium battery cell button. In watches and things found only on top of a plate, but if only one side can connect to, how can I create a circuit of a single point of the battery?
The two sides of the battery are + and – polarity. If unchecked, you can test with a voltmeter. The best way to connect is to use a battery holder for the cell size of the coin. Linear Technology makes these (link below.) Also at Digi-Key (second link.) Even Radio Shack sells these (third link) for a couple of popular sizes as the CR2032.
