Can I sell a model based on something I saw on a cartoon show or in a game or something?
I independent modeling. I saw a caricature and not a character I thought of modeling, but I wonder what the relevant laws to copy Wright they are? I think a character is more protected that an object on the same program, the clarification would be appreciated. TIA.
