How to assemble NiCd batteries of 700 mAh, 1.2 volts to be 6 volt 3.5 Ah.?

Last year I wanted to serve my people is without electricity.On advice from a manufacturer that I bought every day from the battery 700 mAh rechargeable 1.2 volt NiCd in great quantity, but the manufacturer does not could perform their duties. Now I want to prepare 6 volt 3.5 Ah, so that LED light bulbs could be lit by four to five hours. Can anyone guide me how collect these battries. I also want to sell below cost price. Is there anyone who can buy.

It take 25 batteries connected in a grid 5×5. You have to assemble each set of 5 batteries in series to obtain the required voltage, as five times 1.2 equals six. Then you need to connect the parallel sets of 5 to obtain the necessary current five times 7 equals 3.5.
